摘要
目的探究宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤效果的异同。方法将本院2013年4月至2014年4月收治的128例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其均分为研究组与对照组,每组各64例。研究组患者采用宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,对照组患者采用开腹手术治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间均少于对照组,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。研究组患者无并发症发生,对照组患者3例切口红肿硬结,3例肠梗阻,并发症发生率为12.50%,差异具有显著性(χ2=6.00,P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤较开腹手术效果更加显著,可有效缩短患者手术时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the different effects of hysteromyomectomy under laparoscope and laparotomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma. Method 128 patients with uterine fibroids in our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were treated as research subjects, according to a random number table method which were divided into study group and control group, 64 cases in each group. Study group patients were treated by hysteroscopic myomectomy, control group were treated by open operation. Compared the two groups of operative time, bleeding volume, the time of exsufflation and hospitalization after operation and complication. Result Operative time, bleeding volume, the time of exsufflation and hospitalization after operation and complication. in study group were less than control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Study group of patients with no complications, in control group 3 cases of patients with incision swelling induration, 3 cases with intestinal obstruction, the complication rate was 12.50%, the difference was significant（χ^2=6.00, P0.05）. Conclusion Compared with laparotomy in the treatment of hysteromyoma, the effect of hysteromyomectomy under laparoscope is significant, and hysteromyomectomy under laparoscope can reduce the operation and length of hospital stay, reduce intraoperative and postoperative adverse reaction, worthy of clinical application.
