摘要
目的探讨如何预防大面积颅骨缺损钛网修补术后并发症发生。方法回顾性分析129例大面积颅骨缺损患者行钛网修补术后并发症的发生原因。结果 129例大面积颅骨缺损钛网修补术后,其中116例术后恢复良好,13例因手术时机、手术技术及皮下未放置引流管而发生并发症。结论对于大面积颅骨缺损行钛网修补时,在选择恰当的手术时机,配合娴熟的手术技术,并常规放置头皮下负压引流管后,能有效减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To explore how to prevent the complications of applying titanium mesh shaping for large skull defect. Methods The causes of complication of 129 patients with titanium mesh shaping for large skull defect were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of all these cases,116 cases recovered well after operation,there were 13 cases accompanied with complications due to operation opportunity,surgical technique and without placement of subcutaneous drainage. Conclusion For titanium mesh shaping for large skull defect,choosing operation opportunity,adept operative technique and placing negative pressure drainage conventionally can reduce the complications of operation effectively.
