摘要
目的:探讨三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)组织中Ki67、p53的表达、二者相关性及其临床意义。方法:收集TNBC患者63例,对其分子病理特征和癌组织中Ki67、p53的表达与同期病情相类似的65例非三阴性乳腺癌(non-TNBC)患者进行对比。并对其临床意义进行分析。结果:TNBC中的Ki67阳性表达率为80.95%(51/63),而在non-TNBC癌组织中Ki67的表达率为43.08%(28/65),差异显著(P<0.05);TNBC癌组织中,p53阳性表达率为87.30%(55/63),而在non-TNBC癌组织中p53的表达率为50.77%(33/65),差异显著(P<0.05);Ki67与p53在TNBC和non-TNBC有明显的相关性,在p53呈阳性表达中,Ki67则100%呈阳性表达,两者呈正相关;Ki67和p53在有淋巴结转移组织中呈高表达,而在没有淋巴结转移组织中则表达率明显要低,差异有统计学意义。结论:Ki67、p53可以成为判断TNBC恶性程度的指标,并为TNBC的治疗寻找新的治疗靶点,对指导TNBC的治疗有重要意义。
Objective：To investigate the expression,correlation and clinical significance of Ki67,p53 in triple negative breast cancer.Methods：The molecular pathology and expression of Ki67,p53 of 63 cases in the triple negative breast cancer were detected,compared with those in 65 cases of the non-triple negative breast cancer patients,and clinical significances were analyzed.Results：The expressions of Ki67 and p53 in triple negative breast cancer were respectively 80.95%（51 /63） and 87.30%（ 55 /63）,while those in 65 cases of non-triple negative breast cancer were 43.08%（28 /65） and 50.77%（33 /65）,P〈0.05.There were significant correlations of Ki67 and p53 lymph node metastasis were high,while those in breast cancer with no lymph node metastasis was significantly lower,there was significant difference.Conclusion： Ki67,p53 can be judged as the indicator of malignancy of triple negative breast cancer,which can provide new therapeutic targets,and there is an important significance for treatment of triple negative breast cancer.
