摘要
针对油气集输课程教学中知识杂乱零散特点,依据油田联合站的主要工作流程开发出油田集输系统仿真系统,并嵌入动态演示、文字描述及多媒体文件对油气集输系统主要流程进行知识讲解和演示模拟,实现了对气液分离,原油处理,气体处理和污水处理等过程的演示模拟。同时系统中设计手动操作过程,在学习之后自主完成实验报告。并利用组态软件开发,用PLC作为枢纽将演示软件与实验室实体模型相连接,以实现控制该模型。该软件已应用在中国石油大学(北京)油气储运实验室中,收到良好的教学效果。
In this paper,a simulating software based on the main working process of Oilfield United- station was developed. Since traditional methods in the course of Oil Gas Gathering and Transferring were failed to teach the fragmented knowledge efficiently. In the software,dynamic demonstration,text description and multi-media files were inserted to simulate the operation of Oilfield United-station such as gas-liquid separation process,oil process,gas process,sewage disposal process and so on. The software has function of manual operation and requires users to finish their experiment reports independently. Due to the teacher 's teaching,students would enhance the enthusiasm of independent learning. The software was further developed by configuration software. It was linked to the entity models in the laboratory through PLC and could control the model. The software was used in the Oil and Gas Gathering and Transferring Laboratory in China University of Petroleum Beijing,and has received a good teaching effect.
