摘要
做好民族工作,关键在党、关键在人。坚强有力的党的领导是做好民族工作的最根本的一条,坚强有力的少数民族干部队伍是做好民族工作的关键。党的领导和少数民族干部的坚强有力,是坚定坚持党的民族工作正确方向的保障。要重视加强和改善党对民族工作的领导,要重视加强和改善民族地区基层党建工作,要重视加强和完善德才兼备的少数民族干部队伍的培养。
The key to do ethical work well depends on the Party and people. The forceful leadership by the Party is a fundamental factor to do ethical work well,a strong team of minority cadres is the key to do ethical work well,and the strength and force of the Party’s leadership and minority cadres is a guarantee of insisting on ethical work led by the Party in a correct direction. The authors appeal to attach importance to the leadership by the Party in ethical work,to strengthen and improve grass- roots construction work of the Party in the minority concentrated region,and to strengthen and improve the training work for the minority cadres who have both ability and political integrity.
