摘要
微博客作为一种新兴的网络交流工具,虽然在世界范围内的发展历史很短,但其高效性和便捷性决定了信息流的通畅和扩散能力,使之成为目前我国最具影响力的社会舆情来源。微博客舆情问题具有潜在的社会危害性,如何对其进行有效引导和监管,是微博客管理领域中的首要问题。
As an emerging network communication tool, micro-blogging determines the information flow and diffusion ability for its efficiency and convenience although it is short in development history. Micro-Blogging is the most influential source of social public opinion in China. Micro-Blogging public opinion has potential harm to the society, so it＇s the first issue in the field of management to effectively guide and regulate it.
