摘要
异硫氰酸酯(ITCs)是来源于芸苔属植物的一类高抗癌活性物质,目前国内外热衷于研究其用于细菌感染的治疗,以及潜在的应用于防癌和抗癌的研究中。但因其有刺激性气味,且在人体内的药代动力学不尽相同,所以目前国内外对其剂型的研究仍缺乏确切资料,然而对人类的临床应用最基本的前提条件是了解ITCs在人体内的药代动力学和动态特性(例如确定给药间隔以及活性化合物的水平),以此来设计药物的给药剂型和给药间隔。在文中,我们回顾了一些体内研究有价值的文献,以及一些关于ITCs比较成熟的剂型研究。
Isothiocyanates( ITCs) is a kind of high anticancer substances which derived from Brassica plants. At present,in domestic and foreign,people are keen to study on the ITCs treatment of bacterial infection and the potential application in cancer cure. Although there are many literatures reports that the ITCs have a significant pharmacological effect on anticancer,which indicate that ITCs' s application prospect is widespread. But we all known that the ITCs have irritating smell and their pharmacokinetics are different in human body,so the study on ITCs' s dosage form is still lack of exactly information in domestic and abroad. However,the most basic precondition on clinical application is that understanding the pharmacokinetics and dynamic characteristics of ITCs in the human body( for example to determine dosing intervals and the level of active compound),whch is in order to direct us how to design drug's dosage form and interval of dosing. In this paper,we reviewed some value literatures about ITCs in vivo and some mature dosage forms of ITCs.
