摘要
[目的]筛选出防治水稻稻瘟病的有效杀菌剂及其混剂,为实际生产提供依据。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定15种杀菌剂及4种药剂的5个配比对稻瘟病菌的毒力,喷雾法进行田间防效试验。[结果]吡唑醚菌酯、三环唑、戊唑醇、咪鲜胺具有较好的抑菌效果,EC50值分别为0.46、1.92、5.23、7.14 mg/L。将其4种药剂进行复配,结果表明吡唑醚菌酯与三环唑质量比为1颐3时对水稻稻瘟病菌的作用效果较好,EC50值为0.23 mg/L,增效系数为2.14,具有明显的增效作用。将吡唑醚菌酯与三环唑按质量比1颐3制成25%吡唑醚菌酯·三环唑WP,在40 g a.i./hm2剂量下对水稻稻瘟病的田间防效为92.9%。[结论]吡唑醚菌酯及其增效混剂对水稻稻瘟病有优异的防效,为更有针对性地防治水稻稻瘟病奠定基础。
[Aims] The research aims to screen out effective fungicides and their mixture to control rice blast fungus and to provide the basis for the actual production. [Methods] The method of mycelial growth rate was used to test the toxicity of 15 fungicides and 5 formulas of 4 fungicides against rice blast fungus, and field trials were also carried out.[Results] Pyraclostrobin, tricyclazole, tebuconazole and prochloraz had obviously inhibitory activity. Their EC50 values were 0.46, 1.92, 5.23, 7.14 mg/L, respectively. The mixture screening experiments showed that pyraclostrobin:tricyclazole(mass ratio of 1:3) had good effect on rice blast fungus with EC50 value of 0.23 mg/L, and efficiency coefficient of 2.14, exhibiting obvious synergic effect. The mixture of pyraclostrobin and tricyclazole at the ratio of 1:3was selected to make a formulation of 25% WP. The field efficacy of this mixture at 40 g a.i./ha was 92.9% against rice blast fungus. [Conclusions] A synergistic mixture containing pyraclostrobin and tricyclazole has better controlling effects than other mixtures and lays the foundation for preventing rice blast fungus.
