摘要
目的:探讨连续性肾脏替代治疗与间隙血液透析治疗重症急性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取50例重症急性肾功能衰竭患者,并将其按照治疗方法的差异分为A组、B组两组。A组患者以连续性肾脏替代疗法进行治疗,B组患者以间隙性血液透析法进行治疗。结果:A组患者的治疗效果优于B组患者,两组患者的生存率分别为60%、48%,两组比较差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:与间隙血液透析相比,连续性肾脏替代疗法对重症急性肾功能衰竭的治疗效果更佳,该种治疗方法可有效提高患者的生存率,改善患者的预后。
Objective To contrast the effect of continuous renal replacement therapy and lacunar hemodialysis on treatment of severe acute renal failure. Methods 50 cases of patients with acute renal failure were divided into group A and group B,according to the therapy difference. Group A were treated with continuous renal replacement therapy,and group B were treated with Lacunar hemodialysis. Results The clinical effect of group A were better than that of group B,and the survival rates were 60% for group A and 48% for group B,the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The continuous renal replacement therapy can effectively improve the survival rate and outcomes,and the effect is better than Lacunar hemodialysis in treating acute renal failure.
