摘要
养老护理员所承受的工作压力已成为一种职业风险,本文综述了工作压力对养老护理员身心健康、工作满意度及工作倦怠等的影响,了解养老护理员工作压力的相关因素,为今后养老机构对护理员的有效管理和队伍建设提供依据。
Work stress has been a professional risk for nursing assistants in nursing homes. The authors reviewed factors related to their work stress, including health, job satisfaction, burnout and so on. It could provide a reliable basis for the management and team building of nursing assistants in nursing homes.
