摘要
介绍了一种新型的汽车玻璃镀膜前清洗机,其在原有"毛刷清洗+干燥"的两段式结构清洗机的基础上引入了独立抛光段,以提高玻璃的洗净率。分析了此种新型清洗机的清洗机理,确认了清洗效率的主要影响因素和试验范围,通过抛光对玻璃清洗的正交试验,以及对试验数据进行极差和方差分析认为:当抛光剂组成为氧化铈、氧化铝、二氧化硅、水,抛光织物材料为羊毛毛毡,抛光织物与玻璃基板的接触程度为-1.0 mm时,清洗的效果最好。对离线抛光清洗和在线抛光清洗进行对比验证试验,结果表明,离线抛光洗净率明显高于在线抛光。
In order to improve the cleaning quality of automotive glass before coating, a new type cleaner of automotive glass was designed and manufactured. To improve cleaning effect, independent polishing part was introduced based on general cleaner with "brush clean and dry". Through combining the literature with practical production experience, the main factors and parameters scope of the cleaning machine were determined. By means of orthogonal test of polishing cleaning and the range analysis and variance analysis the best cleaning effect was found out with the following parameters : cerium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon oxide and water as the ingredient of polishing agent, the wool blanket as polishing cloth, the-1.0mm of contact gap between polishing cloth and glass. The comparative test between offline and online polishing cleaning showed that offline polishing cleaning has higher cleaning rate. The experiment results can provide a scientific and technical basis for automotive coating glass.
