时效处理对VN合金/Co基熔覆层组织和性能影响 被引量:4

Effect of Aging Treatment on Microstructure and Wear Resistance of VN Alloy/Co-Based Alloy Laser Coating

摘要 利用时效方式对低碳钢基体表面制备的VN合金/Co基合金涂层进行处理。采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度机和滑动磨损机研究了时效处理对涂层的组织结构及性能的影响。结果表明:VN合金/Co基涂层时效后主要相组成γ-Co、Cr23C6、Co5.47N、σ-Fe V和VN没有发生变化,仅40~50°峰高有所下降;随时效温度的提高,涂层组织明显细化,熔覆层的硬度和耐磨性能均显著提高,研究结果为时效处理在激光熔覆后的应用提供了指导。 Co-based alloy coatings with V-N alloy addition clad on the surface of the low carbon steel were treated by aging. The microstructure and phases of the coatings were studied and analyzed with optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) instrument. The micro-hardness and sliding wear resistance of the coatings were also tested. The results show that the phase structures of VN alloy/Co-based coating are still composed of γ-Co, Cr23C6, Co5.47N and σ-FeV, but peak height from 40-50° is decreased. With the increase of aging temperature, the micro-hardness and wear resistance of the coatings are all improved. The results provide a reference for application of aging treatment after the laser cladding.
