摘要
首先,从信息主体、信息合作方式、服务模式和服务环境4个方面,探讨基于大数据的信息生态系统的定位;其次,从系统开放性、系统平衡态、系统相互作用和系统波动性等方面,描述信息生态系统的演变;最后,提出构建基于大数据的信息生态系统的策略与措施。
Firstly,this paper discusses the orientation of the information ecosystem based on big data from 4 aspects of information subject,information cooperation,service model and service environment. Then,the paper describes the evolution of the information ecosystem from aspects of system openness,equilibrium,interaction and volatility. Finally,the paper puts forward the strategies and measures for constructing the information ecosystem based on big data.
