2型糖尿病患者脂联素水平与大血管病变的关系 被引量:1

Relationship Between the Level of Adiponectin and Macroangiopathy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者脂联素(APN)水平与大血管病变的关系。方法选择我院就诊的82例2型糖尿病患者,将其分为单纯2型糖尿病组(糖尿病组)和2型糖尿病合并大血管病变组(合并症组),测量两组患者身高、体重、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、血清APN、空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)及颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)等。结果两组间血清APN水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Pearson相关分析显示血清APN与HDL-C显著正相关(P<0.05),与LDL-C、SBP及IMT呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血清APN水平与2型糖尿病大血管并发症的发生发展有关,其在糖尿病动脉粥样硬化过程中可能起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the level of adiponectin and macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods 82 diabetic patients were divided into two groups,including simple type 2 diabetes group and diabetes combined with macroangiopathy disease group,and the following indicators were measured,including height,weight,systolic and diastolic blood pressure( SBP and DBP),serum adiponectin( APN),fasting blood glucose( FBG),triglyceride( TG),total cholesterol( TC),low density lipoprotein- cholesterol( LDL- C),high density lipoprotein- cholesterol( HDL- C),hemoglobin A1C( Hb A1c) and carotid intimal medial thickness( IMT). Results The level of adiponectin showed significant differences between the two groups( P 0. 05). The results of multiple Pearson regression models showed that the level of adiponectin had significantly positive correlation with HDL- C and was negatively related with the level of LDL- C,SBP and IMT( P 0. 05). Conclusion The level of adiponectin may be associated with it and development of macroangiopathy complications in type 2 diabetic patients,and may play an important role in diabetic atherosclerosis.
