摘要
目的探讨双歧三联活菌胶囊对慢性功能性便秘(CFC)患者血清胃肠激素水平的影响及疗效观察。方法选取肛肠科门诊治疗CFC患者66例,随机分为研究组和对照组。两组患者均予以多饮水、调整饮食结构和排便锻炼等基础治疗。研究组患者加用双歧三联活菌胶囊0.62 mg/次,2次/d,温水口服;对照组患者除不使用双歧三联活菌胶囊外,余治疗方法与研究组完全相同。治疗6周后观察两组患者治疗前后的血清P物质(SP)和血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平的变化,并评估其临床效果及药物不良反应。结果治疗6周后,两组患者血清SP水平较治疗前明显上升,VIP水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且研究组上升值或下降值明显大于对照组(P<0.05);同时研究组临床总有效率(93.94%)明显高于对照组(75.76%)(χ2=4.24,P<0.05),研究组患者治疗期间出现恶心2例,症状较轻微。结论双歧三联活菌胶囊治疗CFC的临床效果较显著,可迅速改善其便秘症状,安全性较好,并能升高血清SP水平和降低血清VIP水平,从而促进胃肠道的动力。
Objective To discuss influence and curative effect of bifid triple viable capsules on serum gastrointestinal hormone of patients with chronic functional constipation（CFC）. Methods A total of 66 cases of patients with CFC, who were given the medical treatment in outpatient of Anorectal Department, were divided into research group and control group at random. The patients in two groups were given basic medical treatment like drinking plenty of water, adjustment of diet, stool exercise and etc. The patients in research group were additionally bifid triple viable capsules, 0.62 mg per time,twice a day, through the mouth with warm boiled water,and the except for bifid triple viable capsules,the patients in control group were given the same medical treatment as that in research group. After 6 weeks,the changes of serum substance P（SP） and vasoactive intestinal peptide（VIP） levels of patients in two groups before and after medical treatment,and the clinical curative effect and drug adverse reaction（DAR） were evaluated as well. Results After 6 weeks＇ treatment,the serum SP levels of patients in two groups were obviously rose than before,while the VIP levels were obviously declined than before（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）,and the rising or declining rates of patients in research group were higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Meanwhile, total clinical efficiency of patients in research group（93.94%）was much higher than that in control group（75.76%）,the difference was significant（χ2=4.24,P〈0.05）. 2 cases of vomiting of patients in research group were appeared during the medical treatment, with light symptom. Conclusion Bifid triple viable capsules has significant clinical curative effect on CFC, which can promptly improve constipation symptom with high security and raise serum SP level and decline serum VIP level to promote the gastrointestinal motility.
