摘要
针对分布式电源入网给反窃电工作带来的新困难,提出了一种考虑分布式电源入网的反窃电综合管理方法,基于线损率标杆值确定台区窃电严重程度,挖掘用户实际用电需求筛选出用电量异常用户,锁定窃电怀疑范围,最后利用数据挖掘手段进一步分析重点怀疑用户用电特征,从而甄别出窃电用户。通过算例验证了方法的有效性和准确性,有助于电力营销部门锁定稽查重点。
In order to overcome new difficulties of anti-electricity stealing brought by distributed generation (DG) ,this paper presented an integrated management method of anti-electricity stealing considering DG. The new calculation method of line loss benchmark considering the impact of DG is used to determine electricity theft severity. Then by mining user' s actual electricity demand, it is able to screen out abnormal electricity consumption and lock electric larceny suspect range. Finally,discriminate electricity-stealing users by further analysis of key suspect user' s electrical characteristics using data mining means. In case study, this integrated management method' s effectiveness and accuracy are verified ,which contribute to helping power supply company lock key inspection.
