摘要
介绍了四引物扩增受阻突变体系PCR技术,阐述了该SNP基因分型技术的引物设计和反应体系优化方法,综述了该技术在水稻遗传育种研究中的应用,旨在推广这一简单、高效SNP基因分型技术。
The technology of tetra-primer ARMS PCR was introduced in this paper. For the propose of promo- ting this simple, rapid and efficient SNP genotyping technology, the methods for primer design and reaction system optimization were illuminated, and the technology application in rice genetics and breeding research was summarized.
