摘要
目的比较切开复位内固定重建手术与传统保守疗法治疗骨盆C型骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2009年4月~2012年4月收治的60例骨盆C型骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用传统保守疗法进行治疗,观察组采用切开复位内固定重建手术进行治疗。比较两组的临床效果、一般治疗指标、术后恢复情况及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组的优良率为90.00%,显著高于对照组的63.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的早期功能锻炼时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的复位满意率及功能优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的术后并发症发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论切开复位内固定重建手术临床效果显著,且并发症发生率低。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction surgery and traditional conservative therapy in the treatment of type C pelvic fracture. Methods 60 cases with type C pelvic fracture from April 2009 to April 2012 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with traditional conservative therapy,the observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction surgery.The clinical effect,the general treatment targets,postoperative recovery and postoperative complication of two groups was compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group rate was 90.00%,which was higher than 63.33% of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Early functional exercise time of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The reset satisfaction rate,function excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative complication in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 50.00% in control group after operation,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction surgery is significant,and the incidence of postoperative complication is low.
