十二指肠乳头括约肌小切开联合球囊扩张术的临床疗效观察及护理 被引量：1

摘要 [目的]探讨十二指肠乳头括约肌小切开联合球囊扩张术的安全性和有效性及围术期护理的重要性。[方法]将98例胆总管结石病人,先行乳头括约肌小切开,再联合球囊扩张,随后用取石网篮和(或)取石球囊将结石取出,并放置鼻胆管引流3d^5d,观察其临床疗效。[结果]96例一次取石成功,2例二次取石成功,3例发生轻度术后胰腺炎,15例发生术后高淀粉酶血症,4例术中乳头口少量渗血,无术后出血,无胆道感染、消化道穿孔和死亡等并发症。[结论]乳头括约肌小切开联合球囊扩张术是一种具有操作简单、安全、有效的胆总管结石治疗方法,加强围术期护理是其成功的保证。
