摘要
海军陆战队指挥信息系统建设需求研究是海军陆战队指挥信息系统建设的重要理论依据,并且基于军事需求,具备导向、牵引、检验和增效的作用,直接影响系统建设的全过程及最终效果。根据海军陆战队担负的使命任务,系统建设需求研究应从任务需求、功能需求、装备需求到适应未来信息条件下的一体化作战需求等内容展开,以期从整体上更加清晰地把握海军陆战队指挥信息系统建设的轮廓。
The naval marine command information system construction demand research is an important theoretical basis of naval marine command information system construction,and has the function of direction,guidance,inspection and synergy based on military demand,affecting the whole process and effect of system construction.Based on the mission task carried by naval mrine,system construction demand research should develop form task requirement,function requirement,equipment requirement to integral combat requirement adapting to future information conditions,hoping to grasp the picture of naval marine command information construction from the whole picture more clearly.
