摘要
随着用电负荷的增长和输电走廊的日趋紧张,需求侧管理已成为减小或延缓电源和电网投资的重要手段。首先通过持续负荷曲线分析了需求侧管理对高峰负荷功率的影响,提出了在输电网扩展规划中对需求侧管理的建模方法,然后提出了考虑需求侧管理和投资成本约束的输电网扩展规划数学模型。该模型为混合整数线性规划模型,采用优化软件求解。通过算例分析了需求侧管理对电网规划方案的影响,验证了采用需求侧管理对降低输电网扩展规划投资的有效性。
With the increase of power load demand and the growing scarcity of transmission line corridor, the demand side management (DSM) has become an important way to reduce or defer the investment on power grid and power generation. In this paper, the influence of the peak load on DSM is analyzed through load duration curve and a modeling method is proposed for DSM in the procedure of transmission expansion planning (TEP). Then, a TEP mathematical formulation is built with consideration of DSM and total investment constraint. The formulation is a mixed-integer linear model which can be solved by optimization software. A case study is made to quantitively analyze the effects of DSM on the transmission planning schemes and the result has proved the effectiveness of the DSM in reducing the TEP investment.
