锻造加热温度和变形量对TC18合金性能的影响

摘要 通过TC18不同锻造加热温度、不同锻造变形量的锻造试验,研究了TC18合金性能随锻造加热温度和变形量变化的规律,得出如下结论:为获得良好的拉伸性能和冲击韧性,TC18合金应采取近β锻造,锻造加热温度应控制在Tβ^(Tβ+30)℃范围内,同时锻造变形量应控制在55%~70%。 Based on the forging tests of TC18 alloy at different heating temperatures and different forgingdeformation amounts, the law of TC18 alloy's property change with the forging temperatures and deformation amountswas studied, the conclusions were drawn as follows: In order to obtain good tensile properties and good impacttoughness, near β forging should be made on TC18 alloy whose forging heating temperature should be controlled withinthe range of Tβ^(Tβ+30)℃, and the forging deformation amount should be controlled to be 55~70% at the same time.
