摘要
目的：通过分析剖宫产处理脐带脱垂的治疗效果，为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法选取我院在2010年～2012年期间收治的60例剖宫产处理脐带脱垂患者为研究对象，对其临床资料和治疗方法进行回顾性分析。结果经我院实施剖宫产手术处理后，60例脐带脱垂患者的新生儿全部存活，手术治疗成功率100.00%，本次研究的60例脐带脱垂患者均未发生、血肿、出血及组织损伤等并发症，但其中有5例患者出现褥疮感染，经对症治疗后康复出院。结论临床治疗中对脐带脱垂患者实施剖宫产手术处理，效果良好，并发症发生率低，值得临床广泛推广。
Objective Through the analysis of cesarean section in treatment of umbilical cord prolapse treatment effect,and provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of.Methods In our hospital in 60 cases of cesarean section in treatment of patients with prolapse of umbilical cord as the object of study from 2010 to 2012 period were treated,and the clinical data and treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results After caesarean operation in our hospital after treatment,60 cases of neonatal umbilical cord prolapse patients survived operation treatment,the success rate was 100%,60 cases of umbilical cord prolapse patients in this study had not occurred,hematoma,bleeding and tissue injury and other complications,but 5 patients appear bedsore infection,symptomatic after the treatment,the rehabilitation of discharged.Conclusion The implementation of caesarean operation treatment of umbilical cord prolapse,in the clinical treatment of patients with good effect,low incidence of complications,worthy of clinical promotion.
