摘要
【目的】探索葡萄品种感染霜霉病病原菌后叶片中几个防御酶的活性变化,为抗病品种选择及病害防治提供基础资料。【方法】以5个毛葡萄野生株系(香山二号、香山五号、香山七号、西坡一号、春莓一号)、1个毛葡萄与欧亚种杂交后代(741)和两个欧美杂种(醉人香、H-Norris)为试验材料,研究在葡萄霜霉病病原菌诱导下其叶片内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性变化。【结果】接种霜霉病病原菌后,各品种第1、2 d SOD活性均有小幅上升,第3、4 d开始下降;各品种接菌后第1 d POD活性均有小幅上升,但从第2 d起,醉人香和H-Norris的POD活性开始下降,而5个毛葡萄野生株系及杂交后代741的POD活性在接种后第2 d继续上升到一个高峰;各品种接种后其叶片内CAT活性从接种后第1~5 d均呈下降趋势。【结论】POD活性与葡萄抗霜霉病之间存在一定相关性,POD活性可作为鉴别葡萄品种霜霉病抗性的辅助评价指标。
【Objective】The dynamic changes in activities of several defense enzymes of different grape cultivars were studied after infected by Plasmopara viticola in order to provide references for selecting disease-resistant cultivars and controlling the disease. 【Method】The dynamic changes in activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) of different grape cultivars(Xiangshan 2, Xiangshan 7, Xiangshan 5, Xipo 1, Chunmei 1, 741, Zuirenxiang, and HNorris) were studied after infected by Plasmopara viticola. 【Result】After inoculated with downy mildew pathogenic bacteria, activities of SOD of every cultivar on the 1stand 2ndday slightly increased, and began to decrease on the 3rdand 4thday. The activities of POD of grapes rose a little on the 1stday, but from the 2ndday, activities of POD of Zuirenxiang and H-norris began to fall. Activities of POD of other five lines and 741, hybrids of V. quinquangularis Rehd and V.vinifera, reached the peak on the 2ndday. Activities of CAT of grapes were on the downside from the 1stto the 5thday. 【Conclusion】The results showed that the dynamic changes in the activities of POD of grape were related to the resistance of downy mildew. The activity of POD could be used as the index for resistance estimation of different grape cultivars to downy mildew.
