摘要
通过针对GB／T13304．2-2008标准规定的非合金钢基本分类原则的诠释，对我国优质碳素结构钢主要按磷、硫含量和低倍组织进行质量等级分类进行了的认真思考，提出了修改GB／T699—1999中质量等级分类以及推广宣传GB／T13304．2—2008标准的具体建议，供大家参考。
In this paper, the interpretation of GB / T 13304.2-2008 standard specifies the basic principles of classification of unalloy steel, quality carbon structural steel to China mainly by phosphorus, sulfur content and low magnification quality classification were seriously thinking, and modify GB / T699-1999 mass classification and promotion GB / T 13304.2-2008 standard specific recommendations for your reference.
