摘要
作者对社会消毒灭菌机构在为医院提供消毒灭菌外包服务的过程中,医疗机构、消毒灭菌服务机构以及卫生监管部门存在风险因素进行分析,从卫生法制建设、监管机制、监管环节、监管方法和手段等方面提出了建议和对策,为进一步做好医疗物品消毒服务机构的卫生监督管理工作,不断完善卫生法制建设提供参考依据。
In this paper, in the process of providing outsourced hospital sterilization services by social institutions sterilization, medical institutions, the presence of disinfection and sterilization services, and health regulatory risk factors were analyzed. Suggestions and strategies from the legal system in health, regulatory mechanisms, regulatory aspects, regulatory methods and means, to further improve the health supervision and management of medical supplies sterilization services, and constantly improve the level of disinfection and sterilization of social services to provide references.
