摘要
目的研究川芎嗪纳米制剂对大鼠腹膜间皮细胞的保护作用。方法胰酶消化法体外培养出大鼠腹膜间皮细胞(RPMCs),免疫组化进行鉴定;MTT法测定川芎嗪纳米喷雾剂对经TNF-α诱导大鼠腹膜间皮细胞的活力的影响。结果培养出的细胞经鉴定为RPMCs;经TNF-α诱导的RPMCs活力显著下降,而川芎嗪纳米制剂能够抑制经TNF-α诱导的RPMCs活力下降,对RPMCs有一定的保护作用。结论川芎嗪纳米制剂通过保护RPMCs而发挥其抗粘连作用。
【Objective】To study protective effect of tetramethylpyrazine nanoparticles on rat peritoneal mesothelial cells.【Methods】After enzyme digestion in vitro cultured rat peritoneal mesothelial cells(RPMCs) were identified by immunohistochemistry as RPMCs; MTT method was used to detect the effect of tetramethylpyrazine nanoparticles on the availability of TNF-α-induced rat peritoneal mesothelial cells.【Results】The cultured cells were identified as RPMCs; TNF-α-induced RPMCs activity significantly decreased, while tetramethylpyrazine could inhibit TNF-α-induced RPMCs activity decrease and had protective effect on RPMCs. 【Conclusion】Tetramethylpyrazine nanoparticles exert its anti-adhesion effect via protecting RPMCs.
