碱处理对龙须菜非琼胶多糖的提取及体外免疫活性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of alkali treatment on the extraction of Gracilaria lemaneiformis non-agar polysaccharide and in vitro immune activity

摘要 主要研究碱处理对非琼胶多糖的溶出率及2种多糖对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖的影响。采用1:20(g:m L)比例的碱液处理龙须菜后水提多糖,MTT法检测2种多糖在不同浓度对小鼠淋巴细胞增殖是否有促进作用。结果显示,GCP-1琼胶及非琼胶多糖溶出率均小于GCP-2;GCP-1与GCP-2在一定浓度范围内均对小鼠淋巴细胞的增殖有促进作用,且100~900μg/m L范围内GCP-1的作用小于GCP-2。表明碱处理降低非琼胶多糖的溶出率,且降低粗多糖对淋巴细胞增殖的促进作用。 Objective: To study the effect of alkali treatment to obtain the rate of non agar polysaccharide and two kinds of polysaccharides on the proliferation of mouse lymphocytes. Methods: 1:20 (g:mL) in the proportion of Gracilaria lemaneiformis polysaccharide after alkali treatment of water, MTT method for detection of two kinds of polysaccharides in different concentrations on the proliferation of mouse lymphocytes can have a positive effect. Results: GCP-1 agar and non gain rate is less than GCP-2; GCP-1 and GCP-2 in certain concentration range of mouse lymphocytes proliferation was promoted, and the range of 100-900 lag/mL GCP-I's role is less than GCP-2. Conclusion: Rate of non agar polysaccharide was reduced with alkali treatment, and the influence of crude polysaccharide on lymphocyte proliferation was inhibited.
