摘要
云制造是一种面向服务的新型网络化制造模式,它以客户为中心、以知识为支撑,构建了一个虚拟化、分布式、按需分配的制造资源共享平台,实现了产品全生命周期的协同制造、管理与创新。基于对国内外云制造相关研究的梳理与总结,较为全面地阐述了云制造的起源、概念、服务架构、模型、关键技术和相关的应用现状,并从自动化与控制、服务组合、信息管理和知识产权等层面提出了云制造未来的研究方向。
Cloud manufacturing(CM)is an emerging,service-oriented and networked manufacturing mode.It focuses on the customer,bases on the knowledge,builds a virtualized,distributed and on-demand sharing platform of manufacturing resources.Cloud manufacturing enables organization to implement the collaborated manufacturing,management and innovation in the product's life-cycle.Based on the classification and summarization of what are researched by both domestic and overseas,this paper comprehensively describes CM's derivation,concept,service architecture,model,key technologies and current application states.Meanwhile,this research proposes the future research areas which involve automation and control,service composition,information management,intellectual property and other fields.
