摘要
针对电子商务环境下流通企业物流运作模式的分类与应用进行了分析,以某食品公司为例,根据公司的物流现状分析,提出了公司基于电子商务环境下的第四方物流运作模式转型发展构想,并进行了相关的优势分析。
In this paper, we analyzed the classification and application of the logistics modes in distribution enterprises under the e-commerce background. Taking a food enterprise as an example, we proposed the 4LP operation mode to be the transformation development mode and analyzed its advantages based on the current status analysis of the logistics in this enterprise.
