摘要
为了提高智能断路器运行的安全可靠性,笔者首先介绍了一种新型的智能断路器机械特性在线监测和状态评估技术的工作架构。然后具体分析阐释了智能断路器机械特性在线监测的原理,如分合闸线圈电流、储能电机电流、动触头行程—时间特性和辅助接点等状态量。接下来文中提供了一种行之有效的智能断路器状态评估方法,该方法能够从监测的数据和波形中分析出设备的故障信息,并对采集的数据进行了相应的故障诊断,提高了智能断路器运行的安全可靠性。
In order to improve the operation safety and reliability of intelligent circuit breaker, this paper first introduce a new type of intelligent circuit breaker mechanical properties on-line monitoring and state evaluation technology of working architecture. And then concrete analysis and illustrates the principle of on-line monitoring which is related to intelligent circuit breaker mechanical properties, such as closing coil current and the energy storage electric current, dynamic contact travel-time characteristic and the auxiliary contacts and so on. Next, this paper provides an effective intelligent circuit breaker state evaluation method, which can get equipment failure information from the monitoring data and waveform analysis, and the collected data can make the corresponding fault diagnosis, and improve the safety and reliability of the intelligent circuit breaker operation.
