阿司匹林对老年人拔牙术后凝血影响临床观察被引量：3

摘要阿司匹林作为有效的抗血小板聚集药,已被广泛应用于老年人心脑血管疾病的一、二级预防,常用剂量100mg/d即可获得最佳疗效和最小毒性[1-2]。长期口服阿司匹林的老年患者拔牙前是否需停用阿司匹林及具体停药时间,在临床中尚存在争议。拔牙术前停药降低了患者术中、术后出血的可能,但同时增加了心脑血管事件发生的概率。
