摘要 深沟槽零件是数控车床加工中经常碰到的,但在一般的数控车床上加工深沟槽具有较大的技术难度,主要表现在切槽刀具容易磨损、很难保证工件的尺寸精度和表面质量。这就要求有合理的刀具几何形状和加工工艺方法。对深沟槽零件的数控车削进行工艺改进,利用数控车床的C轴功能配合动力刀头,用普通立铣刀改制的刀具实现了孔的加工及槽内大余量的去除。 Deep-recessed parts are often met in CNC lathe machining, which were very difficult to machine on the general CNC lathes because cutting tools were easy to wear and it was hard to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the workpiece. For these, appropriate tool geometry and machining technics are needed. Technics for the deep-recessed parts in CNC lathe machining were improved. By using C shaft function of the CNC lathe cooperated with powered tool tips, the restructured tool from common vertical milling cutter was used to implement machining of holes and removal of large amount in recess.
