除湿机降低小麦面层水分的试验 被引量:1

摘要 利用除湿机降低粮仓内小麦的面层水分含量,可将其降至安全水分范围,且前期除湿效率显著高于后期。对小麦面层水分含量与仓内相对湿度做相关性分析,发现二者存在良好的线性关系(R2>0.9),在知道其中一个变量的情况下,可通过回归方程对另一个变量进行预测。通过对传统除湿和除湿机除湿的成本进行比较,发现利用除湿机除湿不仅可以降低成本,还能降低工作强度,提高工作效率。 In this paper, a dehumidifier was used to reduce the surface moisture of wheat. The moisture could be controlled under the safe level. Dehumidification efficiency in the early period was significantly higher than that in the late period. Correlation of surface moisture of wheat and relative humidity inside the granary was studied. It found that there was a good linear relationship (R^2 〉 0.9) between the two variables. We could predict one of the variables by regression equation in the case of knowing another variable. Comparing with the costs of traditional dehumidification method and dehumidifier method, we found that dehumidifier could not only reduce costs, but also reduce the work intensity and improve work efficiency.
