摘要
总结了近年来关于金匮肾气丸的临床及药理实验研究进展,发现其广泛应用于临床泌尿生殖系统、心血管系统、内分泌系统等。本方的药理实验主要从调节下丘脑-垂体-靶腺轴、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗应激等方面进行研究。
This article summarized research progress on Jinguishenqi Pill （金匮肾气丸） in clinical and pharmacological ex- periments in recent years. It was found that the formula was widely used in clinical urogenital system, cardiovascular system and endocrine system. The major pharmacological experiments were studies on the hypothalamus pituitary target gland axis, antioxi- dant, anti-aging, anti stress and so on.
