摘要
为了在LNG接收站卸船过程中获得接卸LNG的体积,需在接卸前后利用船上的CTMS系统进行贸易交接首次和末次计量,以确定LNG接卸量。介绍了我国海上通常采用的LNG贸易交接模式及CTMS计量系统的组成,包括含有主辅系统的(雷达液位计和浮子液位计)液位测量、温度和压力测量以及横倾纵倾测量,阐述了LNG贸易交接计量流程,并对包括测量范围、船舱超压和取样分析方面存在的问题进行了分析,根据国际惯例的通常做法和一般买卖双方的合同规定提出了上述问题的解决办法。
In order to obtain the capacity of discharged LNG during unloading, it's necessary to use CTMS system at vessels to handover LNG and to carry out the first and the last measurement before and after LNG discharge, and finally to determine the discharge amount. This paper presents the connection mode of LNG trade and the CTMS measurement system, which are commonly used in China offshore. This system includes liquid level measurement(radar level gauge and float liquid level), temperature-pressure measurement, and heel- trim measurement. Furthermore, the process of LNG handover measurement is illustrated. And some existing problems are analyzed, including measurement scope, overpressure in cabin, sampling analysis. At last, many solutions are made on the basis of the common way of international custom and the contractual obligations by both buyers and sellers.
