摘要
目的探讨穴位按摩对初产妇分娩镇痛效果及产程的影响。方法以70例初产妇作为研究对象,分为干预组和对照组,分别给予常规护理及穴位按摩护理,观察2组的镇痛效果及产程。结果干预组71.4%(25/35)的产妇宫缩强度超过中等水平,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组宫缩时疼痛程度(VAS评分)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组第一、第二产程持续时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对初产妇实施中医穴位按摩护理干预,能一定程度上减轻分娩疼痛、缩短产程、降低手术助产率、减少新生儿窒息率,利于分娩。
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage on maternal analgesia effect and production process. Methods 70 cases of primipara as research object, divided into intervention group and control group, given routine nursing care and acupoint massage respectively, to observe the effects of two groups. Results In the intervention group, 71.4% （25/35）maternal uterine contraction strength was above the middle level, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the intervention group contractions pain （VAS score）was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）,the intervention group birth process time of the first two stages were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.001 ）.The neonatal Apgar score was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using acupoint massage on primipara, it cans some extent alleviate labor pain, shorten birth process, reduce operation delivery rate, and reduce neonatal asphyxia, conducive to the delivery.
