摘要
近几年由于国内煤炭市场价格低迷、国际油价持续高位运行、全社会对燃煤污染的高度重视以及对未来煤代油市场的良好预期,我国新型煤化工产业经历了快速的发展。本文首先对我国煤化工产业的发展现状进行了分析,重点探讨了"十一五"以来煤炭液化、煤制烯烃及煤制天然气等新型煤化工关键技术研发重要突破和示范项目最新进展;其次对国家在不同时期煤化工的产业政策框架和规范进行了系统梳理和分析;最后从环境保护、系统能效、技术装备创新、重点发展区域和产品附加值等角度对我国新型煤化工产业发展趋势进行了分析和探讨,总结提炼出五个"更加"的发展方向。
In recent years several factors have contributed to the rapid development of a new coal chemical industry in China. These factors include： low coal price in the domestic market; the high international oil price; societal attention on coal based pollution; and market expectations on the use of coal in lieu of oil. This paper firstly analyses the current developmental situation of the coal chemical industry in China including the development of coal liquefaction, coal to olefins, coal to gas and other key breakthrough technologies. The progressions of demonstration projects within the new coal chemical industry since the commencement of the 11th five-year plan period have been discussed. Secondly, the coal chemical industry policies and specifications over differ- ent periods of time have been analyzed. Finally, the developmental trend of the new coal chemical industry in China has been analyzed and investigated from five aspects, including： environmental protection, system efficiency, technology and equipment innovation, key development geograph- ical regions and product value adding. Five improved directions for development have been sum- marized and proposed.
