为了规范铁路供电SCADA系统远动调试验收工作,消除SCADA接管后设备中存在的安全隐患,结合既有线路SCADA系统调试经验和系统的运用需求,着重论述了SCADA系统调试内容、要求和程序等相关内容,具有一定的现实指导意义。
