摘要
建设一支专业化、高水平的教学秘书队伍,对提高教育管理的质量和水平有着重要的作用和意义。就目前来看,高校教学秘书队伍存在不少问题,现状不容乐观。本文针对教学秘书队伍现象进行分析,提出加强教学秘书队伍建设的对策与思考。
To construct a professional and high-level teaching secretary team is of vital role and significance to improving the quality and level of education management. For now, there are many problems in university teaching secretary team and its current situation is not optimistic. This paper analyzes the phenomena of teaching secretary team and proposes countermeasures and views on enhancing teaching secretary team construction.
