临床路径教学法在鼻咽癌临床护理教学中的应用评价 被引量:2

The Evaluation of Clinical Pathway Method in the Application of Clinical Nursing Teaching on Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma(NPC)

摘要 目的探讨临床路径教学法在我院鼻咽癌临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月-2014年6月我院鼻咽癌专科实习的90名护生作为本次研究对象,将护生随机分为两组,观察组与对照组各有45名护生,对照组采用传统带教方式,观察组采用临床路径方式予以带教。结果观察组护生的理论考核与技能考核成绩以及教学满意度上均要高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌临床护理教学中有效应用临床路径教学法,有助于护生形成系统的知识结构,有效提升护生的临床思维水平和综合能力,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pathway method in the application of clinical nursing teaching on nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Choose 90 nursing interns in nasopharyngeal carcinoma department in our hospital as the research objects, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and control group with 45 persons each, the control group adopted the traditional teaching method, the observation group adopted clinical pathway method. Results The theory and skills of examination scores and the teaching satisfaction in observation group were higher than the control group, with significant differenc e(P〈0.05). Conclusion The effective application of clinical pathway in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC), can help to form a system of knowledge structure of nursing students.
