摘要
目的对急进性肾炎患者的临床治疗来进行探讨分析。方法对2006-2008年的28例急进性肾炎患者来进行探讨分析,对患者的临床治疗效果进行观察。结果此次研究中有27例患者均获得了较好的效果,24例患者的消失尿量增加到1升以上,病情改善明显,有一例患者的肾功能无改善,后续还需要继续进行透析治疗。结论对急进性肾炎患者提供综合疗法,能够对肾炎的改善起到较大帮助。
Objective To explore the clinical treatment in patients with rapidly progressive nephritis. Methods 28 patients with rapidly progressive nephritis from 2006 to 2008 in our hospital were selected in this study. And the clinical effects were observed. Results In this study 27 patients achieved good results. The disappeared urine volume of 24 patients increased to 1 liters with improved condition. But one patient had no improvement, who needed continued follow-up of dialysis therapy. Conclusion Providing comprehensive therapy for the patients with rapidly progressive nephritis can improve the clinical symptom of nephritis. This method has greater application value.
