摘要
目的探究在对牙周病患者进行治疗过程中采用龈下刮治术及根面平整术联合局部用药的临床效果。方法在2012年2月-2014年9月期间来我院接受治疗的牙周病患者中,随机抽取30例。根据随机数字表法将其平均分为观察组与对照组。观察组（n=15）中的患者接受龈下刮治术及根面平整术联合局部用药;对照组（n=15）患者接受龈下刮治术及根面平整术,对比两组患者的治疗效果以及牙周的各项指标。结果观察组患者的治疗效果以及牙周指标明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论牙周病的患者在接受治疗的过程中,采用龈下刮治术及根面平整术联合局部用药,可以明显改善牙周情况,减轻患处痛苦。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of subgingival scaling and root planning combined with local application for periodontal diseases. Methods 30 patients with periodontal disease from February 2012 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected randomly, divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method. The patients in the observation group（n=15） were treated with subgingival scaling and root planning combined local application. Control group（n=15） patients were treated with subgingival scaling and root planning, the effects of two groups and the periodontal clinical index were compared. Results The curative effect and periodontal clinical indexes of observation group were better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The subgingival scaling and root planning combined local application can improve the periodontal health, relieve pains. It can be recommended to use in clinic.
