摘要
介绍思维导图的特征和优点,分析国内高校图书馆馆际互借与文献传递服务的现状及存在的问题,以北京师范大学图书馆的CASHL服务为例,探讨思维导图在馆际互借与文献传递服务中的各种应用,以期提高馆际互借与文献传递工作的效率和服务水平。
This paper introduces the characteristics and advantages of mind mapping, analyzes the cur- rent status and problems of interlibrary loan and document delivery service, and then takes Beijing Normal University Library as example to discuss how to apply mind mapping to the service of library＇s interlibrary loan and document delivery, hoping to improving service efficiency and service level.
