树皮粉尿素改性酚醛树脂胶粘剂的制备和热压性能 被引量:4

摘要 以T(落叶松树皮粉)为生物质原料,PT(碱性酚化改性树皮粉)为苯酚的替代物,将PT、U(尿素)和F(甲醛)在碱性条件下进行共聚,制得环保型低成本的PTUF[PT和U改性PF(酚醛树脂)]胶粘剂。研究结果表明:在碱性条件下引入复合活化剂至体系中,当复合活化剂中w(Na2SO3)=2.13%、w(Ca SO3)=1.60%和w(40%Na OH)=34.25%(均相对于PT质量而言)时,PT的活化效果相对最佳;当m(U)∶m(PT)=40∶100或20∶100时,由前者的PTUF胶粘剂压制而成的胶合板之胶接强度优于后者,并且前者的胶合板之F释放量较低,达到国家标准中E0级指标要求;当w(面粉)=20%~25%(相对于PTUF质量而言)、黏度为0.11~0.23 Pa·s和热压时间为1.5 min/mm时,该PTUF胶粘剂可用于杨木/杨木、桉木/杨木等板材的粘接,并且相应胶合板的性能达到国家标准(Ⅰ类板)要求。 With T(larch bark powder)as biomass raw material,PT(alkaline phenolate modified bark powder)as substitution of phenol,so an environment friendly and low-cost PTUF[PF(phenol-formaldehyde resin)modifiedby T and U(urea)] was prepared by copolymerization among PT,U and F(formaldehyde)under the alkalinecondition. The research results showed that the PT had the relatively best activation effect by introducing compositeactivator into system under the alkaline condition when mass fractions of Na2SO3,Ca SO3 and 40% Na OH incomposite activator were 2.13%,1.60% and 34.25% respectively in PT. When mass ratios of m(U)∶m(PT)were40∶100 or 20∶100,the bonding strength of plywood pressed by the former PTUF adhesive was better than that bythe latter PTUF adhesive,and the former plywood had the lower F emission,which could meet the E0 level indexrequirement in national standard. The PTUF adhesives could be used for bonding boards(such as poplar/poplar andeucalyptus/poplar),and the properties of corresponding plywoods could meet the requirements of nationalstandard(Ⅰ board)when mass fraction of flour was 20%- 25% in PTUF,viscosity was 0.11- 0.23 Pa · s,andthermocompression time was 1.5 min/mm.
