磷酸西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果分析被引量：2

摘要目的探讨将磷酸西格列汀应用于治疗2型糖尿病的效果及体会。方法 2013年2月—2014年8月,该院应用磷酸西格列对68例2型糖尿病患者进行治疗,为期12个周,对比患者治疗前后的空腹血糖、饱腹血糖、血压、肌酐、糖化血红蛋白及体重指数等。结果治疗后,患者空腹血糖、餐后餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),胰高血糖素明显下降(P<0.01)。患者的血压、体重指数、肌酐无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论磷酸西格列汀对于2型糖尿病具有显著疗效,无明显不良反应,值得进一步临床推广。
