TiAl基合金晶粒细化重要影响因素研究进展

摘要 目的 TiAl基合金密度小,高温下具有很高强度以及很好抗蠕变性和抗氧化性,但是其属于金属间化合物型合金,晶粒细化有助于提高它的塑性和韧性。总结TiAl基合金在晶粒细化方面的研究进展,为TiAl基合金的进一步研究提供参考。方法在参考国内外近40篇文献的基础上,仔细研究有关TiAl基合金晶粒细化的实验方法、结果及分析,最后进行综合归纳和总结。结果从添加合金元素、粉末冶金、热处理、热机械加工、氢化处理等方面,对于TiAl基合金组织细化研究进展进行了简要总结;尽管各种工艺的机理有所不同,但是均能实现TiAl基合金组织细化,有助于改进TiAl基合金材料的相关性能。结论在已有研究的基础上,晶粒细化对TiAl合金焊接接头综合性能的改善研究有待进一步深化和加强。 Objective—To sum up the research progress of factors effecting the refinement of grains in TiAl-based alloys because TiAl-based superalloys are of such properties as low density,high modulus,excellent oxidation resistance and creep resistance at elevated temperatures as intermetallic compound,and its toughness and ductility can benefit from the refinement of grains.Methods—Based on the reference to above 40 literatures,the experimental methods,results and discussions about refining grains in TiAl-based alloys are studied and concluded.Results—The research progress is briefly summarized from alloying elements,powder metallurgy,heat treatment,thermal-mechanical working,and hydrogen treatment and so on.Although different processes have different mechanism,but they can effectively refine the grains and improve the properties of TiAl-based alloys.Conclusion—How the refined microstructures improve the properties of TiAl-based-alloy welded joint are pending further research on the base of the work of predecessors.
