摘要
针对旋扣钳对不同钻具进行拧卸时夹持角的差异性,对钻具半径和夹持角的关系进行了研究分析。得到夹持角后便可以确定旋扣钳在工作状态下的受力关系。通过分析旋扣钳的受力,推导得出油缸推力、夹持力等重要结果。利用所得公式和最大油缸推力对不同直径的钻具进行了实例计算。最后通过ADAMS软件对旋扣钳进行仿真,再次校验了研究的正确性。
In view of clamping angle can be different when the rotating screw pliers is clamping the different drill pipe,the relation between clamping angle and radius of drill pipe was analyzed. The force situation of rotating screw pliers was confirmed after calculating the clamping angle. Some significant result such like the clamping force,thrust of cylinder and other aspects were got by means of analyzing the force situation. Three kinds of drill pipes were picked to calculate by formular deduced in former jobs. ADAMS was used to make simulation with rotating screw pliers. The result of simulation verify the correctness of analysis again.
