摘要
目的：探讨心理干预对静脉输液患儿穿刺成功率及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2012年1月-2014年1月本院收治的1200例静脉输液儿童作为研究对象，随机分为干预组和对照组，各600例。对照组实施常规护理，干预组在对照组的基础上给予心理干预措施。比较两组的静脉穿刺成功率、治疗依从性及患儿家长满意度。结果干预组的一次穿刺成功率为97%，显著高于对照组的71%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。干预组的治疗依从性比较好所占比例为95.5%，显著高于对照组的73.0%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。干预组的患儿家长满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论心理干预能够有效提高静脉输液患儿的一次静脉穿刺成功率及治疗依从性，同时提高患儿家长满意度。
Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on puncture success rate and treatment compliance in children with intravenous infusion. Methods 1200 children with intravenous infusion from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, 600 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,and the intervention group was given psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The venipuncture success rate,treatment compliance and parent’s satisfac-tion degree in two groups was compared. Results The once venipuncture success rate in the intervention group was 97%,which was higher than 71% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.01）.The treatment compliance rate in the intervention group was 95.5%,which was higher than 73.0% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The rate of parent’s satisfaction in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve once puncture suc-cess rate and treatment compliance in children with intravenous infusion,and increase parent’s satisfaction degree.
