上海市莘庄社区孕早期妇女被动吸烟状况及其影响因素研究 被引量:5

Passive smoking of early pregnant women and its influencing factors in Xinzhuang community of Shanghai

摘要 目的了解上海市莘庄社区孕早期妇女被动吸烟状况,并分析其影响因素。方法 2011年5月~2012年5月将符合入组条件的971名孕妇招募入组,采用问卷调查方式对其进行调查。运用logistic回归模型方法,分析孕妇被动吸烟的影响因素。结果被调查孕早期妇女在工作场所吸入二手烟的天数最多,且每天被动吸烟时间也最长,分别平均为(9.12±8.33)d和(31.13±81.27)min。文化程度为初中及以下、丈夫吸烟的孕早期妇女,其家中被动吸烟率高于文化程度为高中/中专毕业/同等学历、丈夫不吸烟孕早期妇女(P〈0.05)。文化程度为大学及以上、维持工作状态的孕早期妇女,其在家中及工作场所之外被动吸烟率高于文化程度为初中及以下的孕早期妇女(P〈0.05)。结论莘庄社区孕早期妇女被动吸烟率较高为30.48%,主要受文化程度、丈夫吸烟情况和工作状况因素影响。 Objective To understand the situation of passive smoking and to analyze the influencing factors among early pregnant women of Xinzhuang Community in Shanghai. Methods A questionnaire-based survey was conducted among 971 eligible early pregnant women recruited from May 2011 to May 2012.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of passive smoking. Results The average days and time that pregnant women exposed to first hand smoking in workplaces were 9.12±8.33 days per month and 31.13±81.27 minutes per day which were the longest.The passive smoking rate at home was much higher among low-educated pregnant women whose husbands were smokers compared to those high-educated women with non smoking husbands(P〈0.05).Education,job type and husband smoking were major influencing factors of passive smoking of early pregnant women. Conclusions The passive smoking rate among early pregnant women in Xinzhuang community in Shanghai is relatively high and is influenced by education,husband smoking and job condition.
